As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area flooded with natural light. ACCESS
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire 2000 square meter garden, villa, pool, and all indoor and outdoor amenities.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, there is plenty of free parking available inside the villa or on the main streets surrounding the villa.

LOCATION
The property is located in the neighborhood of Shirokë-Zogaj.
It is generally not a populated area, however, within walking distance of the property, there are bars, restaurants, and cultural monuments such as: The Villa of Zog I King of Albania; The Church of Shiroka; The Mosque of Shiroka; and the Albanian Carpet Square.

MOVING AROUND
To move around conveniently, a private car is recommended. However, there is a public bus service to the city center which can be accessed from a bus stop located approximately 600 meters away from the house. Additionally, if needed, the host can arrange a private chauffeur-driven vehicle at any time.
Tirana Airport (TIA) and Podgorica Airport (TGD) are both approximately 90 minutes away by car. The only distinction is that traveling to/from Podgorica would require passing one additional border crossing. The host can easily arrange airport transfers at a very reasonable price upon request.
