The villa is located in a privileged location, perfectly connected between Pollensa and the famous beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor and Cala San Vicente. Its excellent connection with these localities will allow you to easily enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area, as well as all the charms that this sector of northern Mallorca has to offer.Inside, the villa stands out for its spacious and bright living-dining room, the abundant natural light that floods the room creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing.The villa also has a fully equipped independent kitchen, designed so that you can prepare your favourite dishes in a comfortable and functional environment. This space becomes the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant conversation while preparing delicious meals. As for the bedrooms, the villa has two rooms on the ground floor and two additional ones on the first floor. The distribution is ideal to guarantee privacy and comfort for all guests. Additionally, on the first floor there are two full bathrooms, while on the ground floor there is an additional bathroom.The exterior of the villa is equally charming, starting with its beautiful private pool, surrounded by a perfectly maintained lawn garden. This space is perfect for cooling off, relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun in total privacy. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available so you can sunbathe comfortably or seek shade during hot moments.Moreover, the villa has a spacious porch, ideal for dining outdoors. In this space, you can enjoy a meal in the fresh air after preparing a delicious barbecue, enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the natural environment surrounding the property.Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring maximum comfort.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
