Ca´n Mosson es una villa de 3 dormitorios ubicada en la zona rural de Síller. Cuenta con una piscina privada, dos terrazas cubiertas y una barbacoa de ladrillo. Entrada a los terrenos en el área de estacionamiento. El camino lo lleva dos pasos hasta la puerta de entrada principal que lo lleva al pasillo con pisos de guijarros y muebles de madera tradicionales. La casa consta de tres habitaciones climatizadas / con aire acondicionado y cuatro baños. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y en el salón hay un televisor de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite internacionales en inglés (BBC, ITV, ...), alemán, francés y otros. También hay conexión a internet WIFI. Desde las amplias terrazas y el jardín, las impresionantes vistas sobre el paisaje rural y las montañas son impresionantes. ETV443

Großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz

Wir hatten 8 schöne Tage mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern und ihren Partnern. 20 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Promenade, 10 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, also kein Problem. Pool war auch sehr gepflegt. Und wenn doch etwas benötigt wird ist Irene immer ansprechbar und innerhalb 1/2 Stunde da. War echt gut.

Just great. Location great, accommodation great. No bad points. We were lucky with the weather. Pool is pretty cold this time of year but thats unavoidable. Will be great in the summer. Would happily return. Thank you!

Jährlicher Kurzurlaub Mallorca

Waren zum zweiten Mal in der Gegend, Pollenca/Port Pollenca, empfehlenswert! Diesmal andere Finca gebucht,war alles in Ordnung. Kommunikation mit Irene hat sehr gut funktioniert,auch schon lange Zeit vor der Reise, Fragen wurden zügig beanrwortet-am besten per Whats/App. Checkin und out kontaktlos per Schlüsselsafe,keine direkten Nachbarn,alles Notwendige zu Fuß erreichbar,uns hat es gefallen.

Very pleasant outside space

Nice out of town location with a Wonderful outside space & pool. Nice bedrooms with A/C but not the living room/ kitchen which are functional . Convenient local shopping but walking to town is not great (20 mins). Taxi’s are reasonable. Host was helpful & responsive

Perfect stay

We all really enjoyed our stay in the villa it was the perfect size for our family of 5 we loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas, comfortable Sunbeds and pool towels provided Kitchen had everything we needed and we found all the bedrooms comfortable, clean and all had plenty of storage and air con which is a must in the summer months We hired a car but I am sure we could have walked into pollensa in about 20 minutes to all the restaurants and bars but as we had the younger children with us the car was a better option Overall we can’t fault our stay and we would definitely book to stay here again

Amazing villa in great location, with welcoming hosts

Our experience of this villa was as good (if not better) than all the previous reviews suggested! The area around the villa is incredible with views of mountains, and space (fields) all around the location giving you complete peace and privacy The highlight was the pool, outdoor kitchen area and the numerous sets of tables for outdoor dining Our party used all 3 bedrooms, and so we experienced all parts of the villa. The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge is a really good size, and with a well equipt kitchen we had all we needed for a week stay Showers and bathrooms were all good working order, although the master bedroom only has a shower head you have to hold up. Apart from this we could not fault our stay Clearly the hosts have thought about holiday experience for guests providing dishwasher tablets and having plenty of crockery and glassware for guests The villa location means you will realistically need to drive to beach / restaurants / towns (in our opinion), but thats a small trade for the privacy and space you get We also met Irene who was lovely to meet and clearly cared very much about her guests experience. Answering questions in advance and during our stay and also popping over when 1 or 2 lightbulbs had blown. Very welcoming and helpful hosts This is one of the best villas i've ever stayed out when I consider the combination of privacy, space, functionality and the warmness of the hosts. Fully deserves its 5 stars

Good layout and area but disappointed with stay

Our stay was bitter sweet. It started off well, the hosts were generous to leave a welcome pack for us on request as we arrived late and the pictures of the villa doesn't do it justice. In person its very cute and the layout is great - two en-suite bedrooms, a family bathroom for the third room and a bathroom outside by the pool - this isn't detailed on the description clearly, but was a nice surprise. However, our stay was then tarnished as we found 3 small wasps nests and had LOTS of wasps flying around the pool. I contacted the owner on Tuesday and it wasn't sorted correctly until Thursday afternoon. Even then, on Friday there were still wasps around the pool, as they had not got rid of the nests, they had only gassed the wasps in the nest at that time. During the week, we went to use the washing machine, only for it not to work, which I informed them on Tuesday. They advised they had ordered a new one, but unfortunately this did not arrive in time. It was an old machine as it was rusty on the outside and dirty on the inside. So it had not been maintained well or even serviced/checked occasionally. Where it is a rural property, you will be bitten alive by gnats. There is no insect lights/candles etc to help with this in the villa. We decided to look at the cost for this villa at the same time next year for a comparison, and was shocked to see it was under half the price we paid! It was certainty not worth the price we paid and we are disappointed with our choice.

Aufenthalt mit großem Erholungsfaktor

Von Buchung über Aufenthalt und Abgabe war die Unterkunft ein voller Erfolg und stets weiter zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, antworten schnell und haben nach einer Woche auch zwischengereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Zusätzlich wurden uns wegen Nachtanreise auch ein paar Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist weg von Trubel und ohne direkte Nachbarn. Verkehrlich dennoch top zu erreichen. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann den Urlaub genießen. Die Beschreibung passt und alles hat funktioniert. Danke und gerne wieder :)

Lovely peaceful location

Located about 25 minutes walk from the marina, close enough to walk but far enough away to be quiet and enjoy lovely views. We had no issues during our stay. Bed was comfortable in the main bedroom. Lots of space for the two of us. The outside area was lovely, pool was a nice size, grounds looked after and a nice selection of chairs and loungers. Not quite a 5 star place though. Some of the fxtures are a bit worn (kitchen units and sofa in lounge, for example) and I agree with one of the other reviewers that there can be a "drain" smell in one of the other bedrooms. We are quite self sufficient so figures most things out, but some more instructions or guides would help, for example how to operate the washing machine, the satellite tv and how to deal with rubbish and recycling. On that topic, providing some more storage areas (a bread bin or clear out some of the kitchen cupboards) would make it easier to keep food away from the ants. It was nice to be left a bottle of water, but it would have been even nicer to be left some other small consumables, such as washing up liquid, laundry detergent, additional bin bags and a dish cloth. So, just some minor niggles, overall a very enjoyable stay.
