Casa del Balo captivates with its striking facade, skillfully crafted from a combination of grey and brown stone, adorned with accents of sleek black aluminum. Spanning across two levels, this spacious 250 m2 property accommodates 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms, with the flexibility to accommodate up to 8 if necessary.
Ground Floor
As you step into the villa, youll be greeted by a welcoming space adorned with two comfortable sofas (0.80 x 1.80 each), able to accommodate 2 guests. A window in this area offers a delightful view of the pool and the picturesque surroundings. Ascending a few steps, youll discover two bedrooms, each featuring a 1.60 x 2.00 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C, 32 smart TVs, open closets, and en-suite bathrooms complete with shower cabins. Each bedroom also opens up to a private balcony furnished with patio furniture, overlooking the pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning vistas. A safety security box is also available in one of the bedrooms. All bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities, and youll find bath and pool towels, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryers and hair straighteners provided for your comfort.
Lower Floor
As you descend the staircase to the lower floor, youll discover a captivating open-plan space that seamlessly combines the living room, dining and kitchen areas. The comfortable seating area features a corner sofa accompanied by a coffee table, complemented by A/C and an energy fireplace. To enhance your entertainment experience, theres a remarkable 75 smart TV with Netflix, a PS5 console for gaming enthusiasts, a selection of board games, a JBL Boombox 3 Bluetooth speaker, and a Karaoke Bluetooth speaker.
