Original 1-bedroom flat with interior terrace, totally renovated in 2023, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.



It is furnished in a modern Alpine style and features a high-quality interior.



It consists of 1 double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet, and a lovely interior terrace without a view.



The kitchenette is well equipped with a dishwasher, hob, fridge, coffee machine, dining table, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and much more.



The pretty little terrace does not offer a view, but you can relax peacefully in the open air.



You can freely use the washing machine located in the laundry room of the house.



Flat located on the ground floor, with access without stairs



Pets not allowed.



Wi-Fi, towels and linen will of course be provided for free.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 4



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



The house Smidl is located in one of the most central locations of Ortisei in Val Gardena, 50 meters from the church square.



The Seceda and Resciesa cableways, are less than 200 meters from the house, so you will have the possibility to start your hiking adventure right away!



You can find the first typical restaurants, bars and grocery stores just beside the house, so you will be able to enjoy the best local dishes.



Also you children will be happy to discover the public children playground, only 100 meters from your house away and a flat walking path called “Luis Trenker”, which will lead you through Ortisei, up to Santa Cristina and ending in Selva Val Gardena.



It offers comfortable apartments, one of those was partially renovated in 2020.



The owner is a proofed mountain guide and he will be glad to lead you on the best hiking or climbing tours of the Dolomites, for a special rate only for you, on request.



You will also have one outdoor parking space per apartment available for free.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
