Entering the ground floor you will find a design led living-cum lounge, with an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area and a WC. There’s an atmospheric design which invites adventures into other worlds, a smart 55’ TV (Netflix available) for movie nights, and three luxurious bedrooms with en suite bedrooms for dream-filled holiday break that lay on the 1st floor. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch the shimmering pool & extensive sea-views before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke open plan, living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful and luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the 1st floor with a modern design and walk in shower. All bedrooms feature sea views and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms feature premium mattress and linen with King Size Beds 1.80x2.00, and can be split into two single beds upon request. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
