Welcome to our 2-bedroom home in the heart of historic Shrewsbury! Perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from Shrewsbury train station. Making an ideal base for exploring the town’s historic streets.

Our home offers a more of a basic, budget-friendly property, providing simple and practical accommodation rather than luxury. It’s well suited to contractors working locally, as well as guests looking for an affordable base from which to explore the town.

Step into our modern and 2-bedroom home. Perfectly located for exploring Shrewsbury town centre on your door step, you’re just a short walk from independent shops, cosy cafes, lively restaurants, and bars.

The house features two well-appointed bedrooms—one upstairs and one on the ground floor—each with wardrobe storage. Both bedrooms have king-size beds that can be split into singles. (please see “Other Details to Note” for more information).

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays hassle-free. Upstairs, the open-plan living, providing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing or work. Please note that while the TV includes a Fire Stick for streaming, Freeview TV is not available.

The second bedroom and bathroom are accessed from the lounge, with the bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower for added convenience.

The whole of the house is for guest's enjoyment.

Please note the house is located on a main road into the town centre so you may hear noise associated with that.

Our beds can be split into twin rooms (single beds). Please let us know when booking or at least 7 days in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. If no preference is stated, beds will be set up as doubles.

If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.

No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the house.

Travel cot (£20) and high chair (£10) are available for hire on request after your booking or allow at least 72 hours before your check-in date. Please note that linen is not provided for the travel cot. Guests are required to bring their own cot bedding and linen.

No parties or anti social behaviour will be tolerated.

There isn't parking included with this property, however there is paid-parking within a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest car park - Howard Street Parking which is competitively priced at around £6 per day.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
