The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table for eight, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room and two further doubles serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, side and rear garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and outdoor shower and off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, 0.2 miles a pub and 2 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Explore Cornwall from Tredarn. Town: The picturesque village of Connor Down may be found in West Cornwall, not far from the larger towns of Hayle and the tourist hotspot of St. Ives. There is a tavern, a restaurant, a few shops, and a farm store that doubles as a cafe and a place to pick your own fruit. The South West Coast Path, with its stunning vistas of St. Ives Bay and the lighthouse on Godrevy Island, is conveniently located near the village. You may also visit the dog-friendly Hayle Towans Beach and the beautiful Porthkidney Sands, both of which are not far away. Paradise Park and JungleBarn is a great place to take kids because of all the exotic creatures and birds that can be seen there. Marazion, with its wonderful beach and other sights like St. Michael's Mount, is a bit further away. Connor Downs is a great starting point for excursions into this bustling part of Cornwall.
