Cabaña única con jardín y aparcamiento privado. A solo un minuto a pie de Mousehole Harbor. La cabaña es de una planta, luminosa y luminosa, con muebles cómodos y elegantes. La sala de estar cuenta con suelos de roble, dos sofás, televisión inteligente y una estufa de leña para las noches de invierno. Telefono fijo. Great cottage in a great spot in Mousehole Great wood burner to keep cottage nice and toasty Quite bedroom very restful and comfortable Plenty of amenities in cottage 2 minute walk into Mousehole and harbour , pubs and little shops 20 minute walk up hill to Paul with great pub and field walks and tracks back down into Mousehole for dog Great location for exploring Cornwall And parking spot ! Great Property

We had a brilliant stay at the Old Exchange. It is in a lovely location and the parking space is a great bonus. The property was well looked after, decorated nicely and the kitchen was well furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay.

Perfect Stay in Mousehole

The Old Exchange cottage makes a wonderful comfortable base for exploring this part of Cornwall. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The beds are comfortable and most everything you could need is provided. The parking space is a real plus!

Great holiday in lovely holiday home.

Ideally situated, just a couple of minutes from the harbour. Private parking in front of detached holiday home was perfect. House is very comfortable and homely. No passing traffic meant the house was very quiet. What's not to like!! We would definitely hope to stay here again on a next Mousehole holiday.

Cosy Cornwall Roost

Well-equipped, comfortable and a quick stroll from the lovely harbour of Mousehole. Highly recommended. Plenty of on for four, and you can park two cars by the bungalow as long as one is not too big! Mousehole is a great base for exploring Lands End, St. Ives and the Lizard. There are also a couple of good local pubs.

Great location with a unique parking space (enough for 2 cars with a squeeze) at the front. The property was clean and well kitted out. Only 1-2 mins walk to the harbour front. The owner was also quick to respond to a query and was helpful. Overall I’d recommend.

Great cottage in a wonderful hamlet

Quaint, cozy, filled with light. An easy 2 minute stroll to the harbor. Terrific linens. Great stove and a marvelous array of cooking utensils and equipment. Steps up to the front door a bit of a challenge for my husband who has balance issues.

Excellent cottage in Mousehole

The cottage was perfect for our 4-night stay in Mousehole in mid-October. It is very well furnished and equipped and had been meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. There is a private parking space in front of the cottage and it is located on a quiet lane about a minute’s walk from the harbour. We had delightful dinners on 2 nights at ‘2 Fore Street’, which is about 90 seconds walk away which we strongly recommend. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Old Exchange cottage and it will be our preferred location for future holiday breaks in West Cornwall.

A wonderfully comfortable bolt hole in Mousehole

This wonderfully comfortable holiday cottage in the picturesque Cornish village of Mousehole is the perfect base to explore western Cornwall. The cottage is equiped with everything that you might need, including plentiful information and advice on what to do and where to go, eat and sight-see. We were fortunate enough to have 8 days of glorious sunshine in which to explore Mousehole and immediate surrounds on foot including walks along the coastal path to Lamorna, Paul, Newlyn and Penzance. We also visited St Ives, Lands End, Minack and Sedden.

Charming Spot In Mousehole

We stayed at the Old Exchange with our 3 year old daughter for a week over New Year 2015. A great location right in the centre of Mousehole ideal for visiting the surrounding area for great walks, eating and drinking which are all well detailed in the visitors information provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the festive atmosphere in Mousehole and the sight of the Christmas lights. The Old Exchange is a charming, homely child friendly holiday house which is deceptively spacious. Equipped with everything you will need and well maintained by extremely helpful owners. We will definitely look to return.

Splendid

An extremely comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a couple. The spare porch room has beds for two more, particularly children. The location is perfect for enjoying Mousehole without being stuck in traffic. Just a short walk to the quay. The parking spot is priceless if you plan to be there a few days. Full-size refrigerator and washing machine. Our weather did not require heat but there were several portable heaters around for chilly days.

Our family and friends have always loved coming to Mousehole and enjoy the beauty and charm of the village and Harbour. We enjoy walking and painting on the many lovely beaches nearby. It is a very friendly village with shops, art galleries, a pub, post office and several restaurants serving great food.

Mousehole is a great place to de-stress and relax, walking round the pretty streets and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. We love the Sea Salts and Sail Festival held every two years and the Mousehole Lights at Christmas.
When you stay at The Old Exchange there is no worry about parking, we
have our own private space. The cottage is comfortable, modern and
is very well-equipped in order for you to enjoy your holiday.
Large garden with two patio areas with table and chairs to relax in.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We can park in front of the property and unpack after a long journey (parking is rare in Mousehole). Sitting in the garden behind the house in the evening, watching the sun go down.
