Casa tiene el encanto de una casa antigua con pisos de madera nueva decoración w. La casa tiene aproximadamente 900sf por lo que es más amplio que un apartamento de garaje. El baño tiene azulejo actualizado, tocador y toliet. La cocina está equipada w refrig, estufa y microondas, así que cocinar en casa, incluso si no quieres ir a los fantásticos restaurantes Ft. Worth tiene para ofrecer. Se instalaron nuevos HVAC y ventanas en 2016.

The home was exactly as described and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom remodels were done very well. The home was exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when in Fort Worth.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay, the location was very close to an event we participated at the Dickies arena. Wonderful tips and restaurant suggestions in the house notebook. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

Visiting for TCU Family Week

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, and it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for Will Rogers coliseum

We travel to Ft.worth every year for the heifer and steer stockshow. We are always struggling to find close hotels with availability. This place was perfect proximity to the barns. House was clean and just as pictured.

Wonderful little house close to everything!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything! Loved the stay and better in price then a hotel! Terry was great with communication and everything was at the house that we needed! I would highly recommend staying here and if we need to come back to Ft Worth, we’d stay here again! Home away from home.

Property was amazing! We were able to do everything we wanted to do and we weren’t very far away. We had the chance to see the stockyards and downtown while also traveling to see some horse races. House was super clean, and a very quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this property in the past and will stay here again if it is available when we are in the Fort Worth area. The unit is cute, clean, comfortable and in a great area for doing anything in Fort Worth. Terry was a great host(ess). She is super responsive, accommodating and very nice to deal with.

Perfect for us!

What a great little space for my husband and myself while we were visiting our son at college. It fit our needs perfectly and was only about 10 minutes away from the TCU campus. The neighborhood was walkable and there was a great bakery just around the corner. We had a lovely stay and will come again! Definitely recommend!

Nice, clean and quiet.

House is very clean and fully equipped. Communication with owner is great. Plenty of space to park a 1 ton truck. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

A charming modern cottage!

We stayed at this nicely renovated and well-kept property over the 2021 winter holidays and could not have been more appreciative for the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and select, high-quality furnishings. The owner was readily available with questions and information and was flexible with changes in check-in and check-out times. The property was easy to access and very convenient to much of the best culture and retail Fort Worth has on offer! Would recommend to couples or a small families looking for a place to stay during a short or a long visit to Fort Worth!

Very Nice Location

Easy access to the full west side experience, quiet location, nice walks through the neighborhood, adequate living. TV however is below par in reception using air antenna. Happened to have a chromecast with me so was able to stream off my phone. Owner and secondary contact is responsive And helpful. Good value.

I'm sorry you had trouble with the TV. If you had told me I would have told you how to reset the antenna (which is needed every now and then.) You also can access hulu at the property as well.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed at this place toward the end of July and really loved it. Terry was very accommodating, entry was super easy, and the house had everything I needed for my four day stay in Fort Worth. This house is part of a complex of four small units, but I heard no noise from anywhere else and tried to be sure my neighbors had the same experience! The beds are comfortable and you will find every amenity. I was pleasantly surprised because the place is better than the photos.

weekend trip

My father and I road tripped to FTW for a father/daughter weekend for things happening at the FWSSR. I opted to VRBO for the simplicity of the experience. Terry was so personable and welcoming. She even brought us homemade cookies! The Arlington Heights home was precious and we could not have asked for more. Everything was tidy, well cared for, and minutes from everything we needed. We will certainly be staying her again!

Look no further

Great stay. Property manager was always available and answered questions promptly. Residence was cozy.neighborhood was beautiful and safe. It was close to several museums and close to the hospital. Temperature was controlled remotely at night and set a bit high. I tend to be cold nature but yet found myself sweating at night.

Great location for Stockyards, Sundance Square, etc

Great location. Nice little duplex. Check out instructions need to be updated to location of garbage/recycling bins. Didn’t find binder with instructions as referenced in the check-in information. Nest thermostat reset in the middle of the night and we woke up very warm. Overall good stay, would prob stay again.

Thank you for staying. The garages are connected but the building is not connected to any other unit. The garbage and recycling bins are right in front of the unit, to the left of the door. The binder is in a basket in the corner of the room. The nest thermostat didn't reset. It's a smart thermostat so I may have forgotten to take out previous guest settings. It is also a time of year where it can be hot during the day but get cold at night so it may have been changed to heat.
