There is a dedicated dining area, and separate kitchen which is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property has 3 bedrooms in all, 2 of them single bedrooms on the first floor, both decorated in a seaside theme.
The family bathroom is also on the first floor, which has a large walk in shower with dual head.
Finally, the master bedroom is on the second floor with a comfortable double sleigh bed, dressing table, storage and a TV.

One of the best features at this property is that it does benefit from it's own private car parking space, which in Conwy can be tricky to find.
