The apartment is very quiet and is located in a stately building, very quiet and perfect for families.

Located in the Barrio de Salamanca, we are in a privileged area. Strategic place for shopping lovers.

Right in front is the IE Business School, so it is an ideal place to stay while you carry out your training.

Several hospitals such as the Hospital de La Princesa, Quirón San José or the Hospital Universitario San Francisco de Asís are located nearby.

Also close to the exit for the A2 motorway and Paseo de La Castellana, so it is also a great place to move around with the car. Private parking a few meters away, Parking Indigo María de Molina in Calle María de Molina 48.
