Located perfectly on the border of the medieval Old Town and the trendy Rotermann Quarter, you are steps away from the city’s best cafés and sights. With a 24/7 reception desk, elevator access, and a cozy mezzanine sleeping loft, it’s an ideal choice for couples, business travelers, or city explorers.

Our two-level (loft-style) apartment is designed to offer a “compact luxury” experience—airy and comfortable, while providing all essential amenities.

Historic Character: The apartment features a genuine, restored 19th-century factory wall, blending raw historic charm with modern comfort.

Smart Dining & Living: To maximize space, we installed a clever drop-leaf dining table on the wall (next to the bathroom). It opens easily for meals, and you’ll find two folding chairs stored in the closet. The living area also features an HD TV with free Netflix and fast WiFi.

Sleeping Loft (Mezzanine): A comfortable queen-size bed is located on the upper mezzanine level.
Please note: the mezzanine has a lower ceiling height, creating a snug loft feel—please mind your head when moving around upstairs.

Compact kitchen: Well equipped for your stay with a mini fridge, 2-zone induction hob, microwave, full-size oven, kettle, and essential tableware.

Nordic-Style Bathroom: The bathroom is a compact wet-room style bathroom (the shower area is separated by a curtain).
Good to know: the floor may get wet during showers, but underfloor heating helps it dry quickly.

Guest access:

You will be staying in a secure aparthotel-style building with hotel-grade conveniences.

24/7 Reception: Check-in is stress-free—our reception team is available around the clock to hand you the keys and assist with questions.

Elevator: The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by a modern elevator.

Laundry: Shared, paid laundry is available in the building (basement). Wash + dry is €5/load, paid at reception. Bring your own detergent (not provided).
