This spacious and stylish four-bedroom Victorian home in leafy South-West London offers beautifully renovated interiors, a sunny walled garden, and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests. Located just minutes from Clapham Junction and a short walk to Battersea Park and Clapham Common, it’s an ideal base for families or groups.
This elegant and generously proportioned family home, located on a quiet, tree-lined street in South-West London, offers a perfect balance of style, comfort and practicality. Spread over three floors and recently refurbished, this spacious Victorian terrace comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, with two bathrooms, a downstairs WC and a large, private garden.
At the heart of the home is a stunning eat-in kitchen, featuring on-trend dove grey units, wooden flooring, a new induction hob, and an instant boiling water tap. French doors open directly onto a sunny, walled garden complete with a lawn for children to play and a built-in gas barbecue with wooden seating for alfresco dining.
The inviting front sitting room is ideal for relaxing family time, with a large sofa, additional seating, and a Smart TV with streaming channels. There is a second Smart TV in one of the bedrooms with a sofa bed, offering extra flexibility. The home’s layout includes two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two double sofa beds across the property. All rooms are bathed in natural light thanks to generous windows throughout.
Guests can enjoy excellent transport links. Clapham Junction is just 5 minutes by bus and offers fast trains to Victoria, Waterloo, Gatwick Airport, and beyond. Clapham Common Underground (Northern Line) is a 15-minute walk, and local buses offer direct routes into central London. You’re also a short stroll from Lavender Hill and Northcote Road, both known for their cafés, restaurants and boutiques, while Battersea Park and Clapham Common offer over 200 acres of green space nearby.
