First of all, I would like to highlight the Host’s excellent communication. It was always immediate and helpful. Also, he was amenable to help us since we were traveling internationally, which we don’t see often. The personal touch is really appreciated. The place was clean, and had some nice extras like coffee, tea, and even sugar (which is usually a pain when staying at other places). Finally, it was great being in a VERY quiet location, even though we were in Central London. That is indeed quite rare. Speaking of location, it was a short walk to restaurants, coffee and the Underground. So, the 5 Stars are well deserved!
This listing was fine - on one night, there was insane noise from the neighbors from 1am until 4:15 am. This was not acceptable, particularly on a place that advertises as "quite." this simply was not true.
The home was clean and host was very responsive. The location was ideal away from the buzz of the noise for rest and tranquility in the evening but not too far that it takes hours to travel to destinations. Enjoyed the fact it was perfectly nestled away but close enough to amenities such as gym, cafe, and other tourist attractions.
The manager of the property is great. We had to rent it late the evening prior to our stay due to last minute plans changing. He was very responsive and made it happen.
Atanasko was fantastic; he was accommodating and made check in and check out very simple. The location is wonderful, super cute and quiet. We will definitely stay again.
Location to baker street and maryelbone stations is fantastic. As quiet as a street as you’ll hope to find in London. Property management team is almost too attentive. We asked local neighbors for advice and theyverrr awesome. The street has a community vegetable garden. Can’t recommend this spot more highly.
The property’s location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We ended up arriving earlier than expected due to weather and that wasn’t a problem at all for our gracious host.
The house is well equipped, including for a multiple-week stay, and each bedroom is clean and outfitted to a particular colour scheme. The kitchen is fine for cooking at home. The house is very well situated between two tube stations, namely Marylebone and Baker Street, and several smaller grocery and convenience stores are just a few minutes away on foot. Communication with the host and a separate property manager was easy and almost instantaneous via WhatsApp for any questions. Plus you're living almost around the corner from Sherlock Holmes's famous address at 221B Baker Street -- so you can easily arrive at the museum before the tourists do.
Clean, and well stocked with enough towels, drinks and the basics you need as a traveler. Also, quiet and close to the tube and restaurants. Host was very timely in responding and met us at the door when we arrived.
Tass is a wonderful host! Very accommodating, and quick to respond. The home is wonderful! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to stay in Tass' home again when we return to London!
We were very happy with our stay at this house. Great central London location on a quiet mews street, very clean and modern. Atanasko was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.
Excellent location a short walk from the tube station; we were able to travel about London and to the countryside very easily. Apartment was well appointed and great for our group to use as a home base. Six of us stayed here, and we all thought it was convenient and comfortable for our stay in London.
Strongly recommend! House was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Just a short walk to restaurants, pubs, grocery and the Tube.
This was a great place to stay and was enough space for five of us to spend time together, yet have time apart.
Atanasko was very helpful and made the whole process easy!

I chose this property based on the location and prompt responses from Atanasko, the manager of this townhome. First of all, and for context, it was 3 women staying here for a full week, during winter, where your suitcase is packed a little extra because of the clothing. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and has pubs, supermarkets and transportation nearby which are very convenient. The townhome in itself is clean and equipped with mostly everything basic you will need. However, I do find that there is a lot of wear and tear and needs some refurbishing: Specifically with the bedding. The stairs to the bedrooms are quite narrow and spiral, making it quite challenging to bring your luggage upstairs without scuffing the walls. Because we had packed using packing cubes, and the rooms on the first travel of bedrooms are extremely narrow and don’t have luggage racks, we decided to keep the suitcases in the living room. The master bedroom on the third floor was equally challenging because of a large suitcase. Bathroom note:The shared bathroom does not have any hooks on the door or adjacent wall, for you to hang a toiletries bag or your pajamas while showering. And the tub should have some safety rail or a shower mat. The master bedroom does not have blackout curtains and there is a loud exhaust fan that is not a timer. After using the bathroom it will be a while before it shuts off, so if you’re sensitive to this type of noise, you need to be aware of this.
We found this property to be absolutely perfect in every way. It is exactly as advertised and located in a very quiet, charming area that is pretty much close to everything you could possibly ever need. Atanasko was a fabulous host who was very communicative always immediately available for anything we needed. For a small family to have a multi-day trip to London, I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything Antansko, we will be back for sure!
This property was perfect for a week in London! The rooms were exactly as presented in the listing. The flat is on a quiet mews, close to the tube, with plenty of pubs, stores and pharmacies within a few steps! Atanasko was a great host and took care of any issues that came up…which only one minor one did! Our London week couldn’t have been more perfect!!
We had a last minute snafu with another short term rental reservation and luckily this charming property was available and the host could not have been more accommodating. Be aware that there are flights of stairs to the bedrooms but there is a half bath on the kitchen/dining/ living level which is convenient. Well equipped kitchen and good linens.
Overall rating of 4 stars (good but not great). Very small but clean and neat. Check in should have been better. Property manager texted us oon our way from the airport on how to get in but never came over face to face to explain how everything worked (no instructions in apartment). Never got the heating radiator to turn off and had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Also never figured out how to get the TV to turn on and work. Needs a new/better coffee pot which is always important for people from the US. The stairs to get to the bedroom, 2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd, are incredibly steep and twisted making it difficult for a 78 yr. old to get up and down them, especially with a suitcase. No AC although we didn't need it in October.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is in a quiet area with a few cafes and restaurants nearby, plus an easy walk to Regent Park. A little bit longer walk (10-15 minutes) takes you to the charming neighborhood of Marylebone. The townhouse is quiet (we never heard noises from shared walls). The living area is a little small if you are there with a group, but we were out so much that it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Atanasko was an excellent host! He was very communicative and pleasant, and when we needed help with something, he came as soon as he could to help out. I can’t say enough about him as a host!

About the host
Hosted by Atanasko
Hi I'm Atanasko.
We love hospitality and great hospitality is something that we've been surrounded by since we were born. We grew up in small towns where people were opening their doors to guests all the time. We put on the table everything we had and provided all the best we had to our guests.
We are really encouraged by the progress of the sharing economy and we'd like to see how we can bring better hospitality into many parts of our lives so that we all have better life experiences and build stronger communities around the world.
