Cosy family house with large garden, 2 bathrooms and location close to the beach

Please note, additional house information;
1. 1 dog is allowed in this holiday home, 35 euro.
2. Young people <25 years, groups, parties and workers not allowed.
3. Because of the space in the living room, we think the house is best suited for occupancy with up to 4 adults in combination with 1 or 2 children/babies.
4. Charging an electric car at the house is unfortunately not possible due to overcharging.
5. Hire of bed linen is obligatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
6. Hire of towels is optional, costs 10 euro per set of two towels. Please let us know at least 1 week before arrival.
7. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days after departure.

Holiday home De Zeelieuwe is a cosy family house and is located a short distance from the beach. The house was largely renovated in spring 2023, including new bathrooms, a new, modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

House layout. 
Through the front door, you enter holiday home De Zeelieuwe in the hallway, which to the right gives access to the living room. Here is the seating area and a nice large dining area by the wood-burning stove. The modern semi-open kitchen overlooks the back garden and is equipped with all comforts, including two refrigerators, a combi-microwave and a dishwasher. From the living room, you can access the terrace through the sliding doors.
From the hall you can go to the left and enter the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, followed by the utility room with washing machine and dryer and an en-suite single bedroom (also accessible from the kitchen). In the hall is also the staircase to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and the comfortable bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet on the upstairs hallway.

Holiday home De Zeelieuwe is located on a spacious plot surrounded by a wild dune garden, which is partly enclosed (except on the right side). At the back of the house is a terrace with lounge seating, a picnic bench and a hammock. The garden adjoins a campsite with outdoor swimming pool, there is also sometimes live music here, we do not expect you to be inconvenienced by this, but do not want to withhold this information from you.
Up to two cars can be parked on private property to the left of the house, there is a small shed for bicycles.
There is another access gate to the right of the house, this belongs to the neighbours, they have the right of way to drive to their house.

Holiday home de Zeelieuwe is located in green, surroundings in a recreational area on the outskirts of Renesse and near the extensive dune area. In five minutes cycling you are at the beach. The centre of Renesse with its cosy terraces, restaurants and shops is less than ten minutes away by bike. There is also a supermarket nearby which is open during the summer and you can buy fresh rolls in the morning at a large campsite nearby. You can hire a bike in the town centre. You can reach the monumental city of Zierikzee in about twenty minutes by car. If you like playing golf, you can play in Burg Haamstede.

Holiday home De Zeelieuwe is a family home, in a quiet area a short distance from the beach. We recommend the house for families who might want to enjoy a comfortable and cosy home together with, for example, grandparents.
