La Casita Verde

We’re pleased to present a beautiful little house situated on a spacious lot where your dreams of tranquility and relaxation come true.
It features 2 small bedrooms, ideal for creating intimate and personal spaces. A living room with an open kitchen. And a bathroom with a shower.
In front of the cottage is its fabulous pool, inviting you to dive into an oasis of freshness and relaxation.
Just 15 kilometers from Madrid, with easy and quick access to the highways leading to the capital.

"La Casita Verde" is located on a private property, next to a larger house that is currently unoccupied; both are surrounded by a large garden and a magnificent pool.
It is situated in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, just 20 minutes from the city of Madrid.
Just a few minutes from the property, you’ll find supermarkets (Mercadona, Supercor, Aldi, Carrefour Market, Ahorramas, BP, etc.), a gas station, various shops, and a wide variety of restaurants to suit every taste.

Although there are bus and light rail stops very close to the property, it’s most convenient to arrive by car so you can get around the area freely.
There is private parking on the property.
