Perfect Home in Rome!!! (10 out of 10)
Location was perfect. 5th floor with a 2 person elevator. Overlooking old-world tiled roofs and Church domes. Within steps of the front door - a Church, restaurants and shops. Felt safe in the area - even at night. You can hear activity down on the street but never too much that we couldn't sleep. Great kitchen - but we never used it. Walked to the Trevi, Pantheon, and toured nearby churches every day. It's a hike but we also walked to the Coliseum, Vatican and Borghese. The building is obviously very old but the apartment is awesome, recently renovated and looks exactly like the photos. 2BR 1-1/2 bath was perfect. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The management company was fantastic to work with and great with suggestions on how to get around. Thank you Maria and Federica! Booked the airport transfers with them - I recommend. Driver picked us up at the airport with a sign with our name and dropped us off right in front of the apartment! Didn't have to lug bags thru train and over cobblestones!! Same when leaving for the airport at 3:45am. (Totally worth it!!). Absolutely loved our stay and would book again!!!!
