El apartamento está situado en el corazón de Roma, ubicado en el 4 ° piso de un edificio de época con ascensor.
Recién reformado por un equipo de jóvenes arquitectos y diseñadores que han creado desde un antiguo apartamento un espacio moderno y espacioso equipado con todas las comodidades para quienes aman viajar y prefieren la cálida atmósfera de un hogar a un hotel.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor inteligente con el que puedes navegar por Internet y acceder a Netflix con tu cuenta.

Excellent location. We walked to many places. Rooms were clean and spacious. Barbara was very nice arranged transfers for my family. Also provide snacks and drink when we checked in. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Barbara and Fabio were great hosts and very helpful. They made us dinner reservations and were very responsive to messages. You cannot beat the location of the apartment. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

We were able to walk to everything in Rome that we wanted to see. While the area as a whole was very busy we were just off the main strip where it was much less crowded. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was very smooth.

The place was decorated well, clean, and ready to step into to stay. The lift was very helpful. It would be best without a lot of luggage. Barbara is a hospitable person who likes to make people feel comfortable while in her home.

Very spacious and updated apartment in a fantastic location. All updated inside but on in a 500 year old building and neighborhood. Modernized with all of the charm. Barbara and Fabio were amazing hosts. Super responsive with concierge level service for everything from car services, to provisioning, to restaurant recommendations and reservations. A wonderful experience made easy by Barbara. Highly recommend.

Barbara was just awesome. She helped book our transfers as well as recommended restaurants . She greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we were very happy with the accommodations. The location was extraordinary. The beds were very comfortable. Just a great host.

This is a wonderful place in every way. It is in the center of Rome, but still super quiet! Host was wonderful, and very attentive to all our questions. Comfortable beds, lots of space, and very clean!

This townhouse is in a great location, with just a quick walk about two blocks to get to the Spanish Steps. Numerous places to eat and shop in the area as well. The beds were comfortable, nice living area with 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, and the washer/dryer was useful after staying 5 days to get wash before heading out on our cruise. Hosts were helpful and accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. Would not hesitate to rebook again if we return to Rome!

Fantastic location in Rome

Our group of 5 had a great stay at this property. Amazing location near the Spanish Steps on a lovely street and plenty of shops and dining nearby. The hosts were wonderful--answered any questions promptly and made some great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!

Nice place overall and great locatin. AC was weak, and the host asked me to leave 90 on the table for taxes before i checked out, thoigh i did leave the money i thought i paid everything in full when i booked the suit

hello Ali Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the city tax: this is a mandatory fee required by the Municipality of Rome, and by law it must be collected directly by the host and then transferred to the city. It is not a fee that goes to us personally, and at the moment VRBO do not include it in their payment system, which is why it needs to be settled upon arrival. When we met in person at your arrival, I explained this to you, and it would have been important to share any concerns directly at that moment rather than only afterwards in a review. Please note that this information is clearly stated in our listing so that guests are aware of it before booking. Regarding the air conditioning last summer was exceptionally hot. If we had known it felt insufficient, we would have gladly provided extra fans to make your stay more comfortable. We are always available online and keep an open chat during our guests’ stay to promptly address any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned to us at the time, otherwise we would have been happy to respond immediately and find a solution. We always take feedback seriously, and until now we have never received negative comments regarding either the city tax or the air conditioning. best regards Barbara

The apartment is terrific. Beautiful and clean with everythin you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and near so much. The hosts went above and beyond as well. I highly recommend this rental.
