This pleasant holiday home is ideal for families or groups of friends, with a maximum capacity of 8 people.



It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (air conditioning available exclusively in the bedrooms), and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, offering all the necessary amenities for a practical and comfortable stay.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve climate.



The house is located a short distance from downtown Albufeira, the iconic Fishermen's Beach and Albufeira Marina, allowing easy access to the main attractions, beaches, restaurants and leisure areas.



The property does not have private parking; however, it is possible to find parking nearby, subject to availability.



An excellent option for those looking for comfort, privileged location and moments of relaxation in the Algarve

The apartment was very clean, well kept and had an amazing view. The check in and check out was seamless. The team was always available for any query. The location is great as well and all important places are easily accessible. Three bedrooms with air conditioners. The hall has a sofa bed. A beautiful kitchen as well.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was in a very walkable distance to the old town, and a cheap taxi away from the new town. Had most of the facilities we needed and the pool was a decent size. Would recommend definitely!

We had absolutely no issues with the host. The location was amazing and the size of the property was great. The views were truly spectacular! The property itself really does need some work though. Leaking windows, cupboard doors that are in need of repairs, mildew covered chairs and couches covered in stains. The management responded to all of our requests and concerns very quickly.The reality is that Portugal in February in a home without any heating on the main level is not a great place to be. This rental has heat/AC in the bedrooms but not on the main level so we were pretty cold until we paid to rent an extra electric heater for the living room, which helped a little.The location is great for walking to Old Town and the marina.
