We really loved the location. It allowed us to experience both old and new town easily with access to a number of beach options. The views just a short walk from the front door were amazing and having access to an under car garage for our rental was a bonus. Hosts were fantastic and gave us many great tips (thank you and best wishes Mathis!)

Amazing communication! The home was very clean. Excellent location to get to the beach, old town, etc. Mathis was so helpful at check in and check out and had some excellent recommendations on things to do around town. Having a parking spot underground in the shade was an amazing perk. Had all the amenities you could need: dishwasher, washer, coffee, toaster, etc. ocean view right outside the door. The beds were very comfortable after a long day with great AC in the rooms 3 Thank you for a great stay !

Fabulous location! Great restaurants close by! I wanted a view of the beach but there is none from this apartment unless you lean out a window and look down the street. And the patio overlooks a parking area and at the neighbor’s patio. Not the beach. Other than that I can’t say enough good things! Great parking! Great air conditioning! Great communication with the host! Very clean apartment!

Central sans party noise

Great lil spot in old town with some pleasant views and access to so much within 5 mins without the busy noisy part of town being a bother.Marie is very helpful and charming and I think nicely involved in her community as well

Very clean and great host

Maria was an absolute gem to deal with and her place is very clean and quiet. She welcomed us when we arrived and did a walk through and was just so pleasant. Parking garage is a nice to have if you have a car. The place is an amazing location. Close to the beach and close enough, but not too close to the action of Old Town, so sleeping was a breeze! Thanks so much Maria!

Amazing!

Best place in Albuferia with the best hostess we had during our entire trip through Spain and Portugal. Maria is simply the most engaging, friendly and helpful hostess you will ever meet. She was friendly and so helpful. Her apartment is perched at the high point of Albuferia and central to everything! It was clean, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable. If you are fortunate to find Maria’s unit available, grab it fast. Obrigado Maria!

Beautiful Old Albufeira location

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful, central location. Maria was very generous with her time and showed us around the historic neighborhood, recommending restaurants and activities. The apartment is fresh and clean - just like the pictures - and the neighborhood quiet.

Great family vacation in the Algarve

Maria was an amazing host. We were running a little when we arrived and she communicated perfectly with us. She met us and showed us the apartment and left us a great bottle of wine and a wonderful plate of fruit!! She gave us some excellent recommendations for meals and places to visit. We had a plumbing incident that she addressed immediately and was so gracious. Having a garage to park our rental car was awesome as the old town is tricky if you are driving. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Maria's property and she was the perfect host! We would absolutely recommend her property and would love to return one day. Obrigado Maria!!

Perfect 2 Sister get away.

The apt is really cute, looks exactly as shown. Perfect OldTown location. Near many restaurants with beach views. Small grocery stores near by etc. The beaches are beautiful and wernt crowded. Maria was very friendly and helpful when we had key issues she responded quickly. The only complaint we have if I had to say anything is that the pilows were very hard and made it difficult to get to sleep.

Great Location

The apartment is a good size and within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. A real plus is the small hop/on off train had a stop right by the apartment. It is hilly, so that was a nice reprieve after a long day of sightseeing. Marie, our host was great. The AC was not working when we arrived and she had service technicians there the next morning - it was working when we arrived later in the day. All in all it's a great place to stay in Albufeira. One suggestion is to update the bath towels and decor.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our time at this apartment. The location is excellent to get to all the key restaurants as well as access to the beach. There is parking, which is great, however, it is pretty tight, so any large vehicle would be a challenge parking in the underground spot. Overall a great choice.

Fantastic Stay!!!!

We had an amazing time in Portugal and Maria was a FANTASTIC host! She greeted us upon arrival and had been helping with our travel plans because we had no idea what to expect. Traveling with children is a lot to organize and Maria really made the experience lovely. 😊 The apt was perfect and clean and very cozy! It was in a great location of the city, shopping and restaurants were just a walk away. You can’t see the beach from the apt but it’s literally a 5 minute walk away. Gorgeous! Wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning. 😊

Short beach holiday

Apartment in old area of town convenient walk to restaurants and beach

Older apartment on quiet street in convenient location to beaches and restaurants. There is no view from the apartment but the location and provided parking is nice. Has two full bathrooms which was helpful with two teens. The kitchen had all the necessities. Owner was very helpful.

The apartment is very convenient with a private garage, parking places in this part of the town are very rare.
The location is perfect, near several famous beaches, convenient when you have children you don't need to walk for hours to go to the beach, the supermarket, the restaurants or to go out for a drink.
The best place to stay, to rest and to enjoy holidays!

We love this apartment for its location in the historic part of Albufeira CALM at 2mn from beach and everything.
We feel so good, it is very convenient, everyone feels very good, one can go to the beach 3 minutes the other can go running, walking, have a bike ride, everything is easy, it's really holidays
