A family gathering is allowed with the host's consent but no loud music or noises after 10 pm. We have elderly neighbors next door.
How to check out Gather used towels in bath tub. Throw rubbish away. Turn all the lights off. Set the alarm code 1344, put the key back code 1357.

Ascot in August

The property was very clean and the accommodation was very comfortable. The lanai was great to sit out on. Very convenient location to Legoland and Windsor Castle. The property description said that there was a barbeque at the property but we couldn't find it and on checking, the owner said it was a mistake on the description - so this should be rectified! Also it should be made clear that although there are two bathrooms, one of them is ensuite.

Grandads Milestone Birthday

Great location for Windsor and Legoland. Monika’s communication great as house not ready when we arrived due to unforeseen circumstances with the cleaner. Substitute cleaner was brilliant prepping a very large property in a couple of hours. Think the en-suite and kitchen would benefit from a deeper clean - some people just don’t treat holiday properties well, we found the kitchen cupboards a muddle with most of the cutlery, crockery and pans needing to be re washed before we could use them….probably due to the dishwasher filter being full which we then cleaned out along with the shower plug which was also full and almost caused the shower tray to flood. These are minor things but really need checking regularly before guests arrive. Maintenance - lights needs fixing as several not working, think bulbs need replacing as do some of the dining chairs which were a bit unsteady. Aside from these minor things, the property is lovely, beds, bedding, towels very comfortable and ample parking. Bus service nearby is excellent and very cheap for getting to Windsor, Legoland and Ascot no need to use your car. Would definitely recommend this property.
