Welcome to our stylish and thoughtfully designed flat located in the heart of Egham, just a short walk from Royal Holloway, University of London. Perfect for solo travellers, couples, professionals, or visiting students, this compact yet well-equipped space offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The flat is studio-sized but cleverly laid out with a separate bedroom, giving you extra privacy – a rare bonus for a space of this size. The interior has a modern finish throughout, and you’ll find all the essentials for both short and longer stays.

In the living area, there’s a single diwan bed that can comfortably sleep a third guest. We provide extra pillows and a duvet, so everyone sleeps comfortably. You’ll also find a work desk for remote working or study, a chaise lounge for relaxing, a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, two heaters for colder months, and a fan for the warmer days.

The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare simple meals:

Cutlery, pan, mugs, cups, and basic essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, and salt

The modern shower room features a toilet, sink, and is stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

For guests travelling by car, we offer private parking on-site for £10 per night. Parking must be pre-booked in advance, and there is a £100 refundable security deposit required for the return of the gate fob. Please let us know when booking if you need parking.
