Muy bien en general, si bien la plaza de garaje era demasiado pequeña y no pudimos utilizarla, las instalaciones tenían todo lo necesario y nos atendieron muy bien.

Appartement correct mais accĂšs complexe

L'appartement correspond aux photos. L'accĂšs Ă  l'appartement se fait par une serrure connectĂ©e en wifi Ă  laquelle l'agence Ă  accĂšs par internet. Encore faut il que la batterie de la serrure soit chargĂ©e. Elle s'est Ă©teinte lors de notre sĂ©jour et nous avons Ă©tĂ© bloquĂ©s dans l'appartement toute une matinĂ©e avant de parvenir Ă  trouver un cable permettant d'effectuer la recharge (nous pouvions sortir mais n'Ă©tions pas sĂ»r de pouvoir rentrer. Les Ă©changes avec l'agence se sont fait en espagnol (merci deeple), l'agence rĂ©pond mais si nous n'avions pas trouvĂ© de cable nous aurions perdu une journĂ©e. Les Ă©quipements et en particulier la vaisselles sont en dessous de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre (pas de four, pas de bols, pas d'Ă©pluche lĂ©gumes, peu de verres, peu d'assiettes) Bref l'agence rempli le contrat mais l'expĂ©rience globale est tout de mĂȘme dĂ©cevante et l'accĂšs par voie Ă©lectronique n'est pas sĂ©curisant. Enfin l'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale non plus.
