The maisonette sleeps 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a centrally located building and consists of a floor and an attic. The floor is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a sofa
which turns into a comfy double bed, a work table, and a big balcony with an outdoor lounge area (sofa and a table with chairs) and of course a BBQ for your gatherings.
A staircase leads to the attic where there is a spacious bedroom with a Kingsize bed, an ensuite WC, and a separate shower space. The balcony of the attic is equipped with a seating area and a jacuzzi. But the masterpiece is the view: This balcony allows the guests to have a 300◦ view of the town of Argostoli: the port, the shops, the mountains, the endless sea…
Just imagine lying in the bubbling jacuzzi, enjoying a glass of fruity white wine while the sun is setting over the Ionian sea… Life cannot be better than this.
The exclusive maisonette is located at the finest spot of the city center, on the most central spot of Argostoli city, a strategic location that offers easy access to the pedestrian district
“Lithostroto”, the city center, the main square as well as the city’s port and the legendary site of turtle swimming spots.

sleeps two, a spacious balcony with a cozy sitting area and a jacuzzi where you can get the rest you deserve. All our areas are suitable for kids as well as adults.
Pink Panther‘s bedroom is located on the upper floor of the maisonette, providing the visitors with privacy. The bedroom also features a private bathroom. Indoor plants and
bright and elegant interiors are guaranteed to make your stay comfortable. Be it adults or kids, arguably the patio-like balcony with the jacuzzi is one of the favorite
places to relax during the summer. It is the perfect place for you to relax under the glorious Greek sun, or in the afternoon to read a book outdoors.
And let us not forget the nights! At night you can gaze at the stars while sipping on your favourite cocktail. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to cover your needs in both outdoor areas.
