Vale View Apartment is a stylish and contemporary dog-friendly 1-bedroom “pied-à-terre”, perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a comfortable stay in the heart of Prestatyn.

Located within the town’s former grand hotel — The Royal Victoria (1897) — the apartment combines historic character with modern comfort. From the lounge and kitchen, guests can enjoy lovely views across the town towards the beautiful Clwydian Hills, while the bedroom offers distant views of the Snowdonia mountain range.

With a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable double bed, and plenty of thoughtful extras, Vale View Apartment offers welcoming accommodation at excellent value in one of North Wales’ most popular coastal destinations.

Situated at the beginning (or end!) of the famous Offa’s Dyke Path and on the Wales Coast Path, Prestatyn offers the best of both worlds — wide sandy beaches, dunes and stunning sunsets, alongside countryside and hillside walks.
The beach area features crazy golf, a leisure centre, children’s play areas, arcades, and beachfront cafés and restaurants.
The town boasts a modern retail park and a bustling high street with a wide range of independent and well-known shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and a cinema — many of them dog friendly.
