The space
You will find a very clean and comfortable apartment, equipped with kitchen utensils, balcony, black out curtains and air conditioning (very important due to high temperatures in cali), shower with hot water and wi-fi. We have also arranged a living room if you want to relax and watch TV (netflix included), and an expandable desk table where you can work comfortably without leaving home.

The condominium has a co-working area, a pool and ping pong, swimming pool, etc.
Guest access
Once the reservation is confirmed the apartment is confirmed.

After all you will have access to the common areas of the condominium which includes, a swimming pool with internet and exercise machines.

Note:
Use of common areas is subject to a schedule and regulations set by condominium management.
Other things to note
The building has two elevators near the apartment so that access with luggage is easy.

Security staff in the condominium 24/7.

The apartment is exclusively for rest and we have established some rules for healthy coexistence with neighbors.

If you have a vehicle and want to make use of the internal parking lot, you must send us the information of the vehicle at least 48 hours before your arrival to register it with the condominium management. The internal parking lot is not assigned to the apartment and the available spaces are limited and subject to the order of arrival of the vehicles.
