Cozy holiday home with swimming pool, sleeps 5/6. Three minute walk to the beach and center.
Just 40 meters from the sea of Torre dell'Orso and three minutes from the beach and the centre, welcoming house with swimming pool for 5/6 people.
COMPOSITION:
The holiday home has a living/dining area overlooking the garden and swimming pool, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, composed as follows: one double, one single, one with two joinable single beds, a sofa bed and can therefore accommodate 5/6 people . Two bathrooms, two showers, one internal and one external. Parking space
SERVICES:
Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, television, WIFI, burglar alarm, fire detectors, gas, carbon monoxide. It has a small private and fenced garden, equipped with modern garden furniture, gas barbecue, private swimming pool complete with hydromassage and waterfall for back massage where you can relax.
Tours organized on request.
SURROUNDINGS:
The center of Torre dell'Orso with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, pharmacy and the fabulous Due Sorelle beach can be reached on foot from the nearby seafront in just three minutes.
The Grotta della Poesia is a wonderful natural swimming pool located in Roca Vecchia (famous archaeological area) which is only 900 meters away and can be reached on foot along the pedestrian and cycle path.
Alimini lakes and Alimini beach reachable within ten minutes by car
The famous city of Otranto, reachable by car or public transport in just 20 minutes, is famous as an international tourist centre. Otranto is located at the most extreme tip of the Salento peninsula and is the easternmost municipality in Italy.
