Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice in the San Marco Sestiere, the most exclusive location in Venice, just 300 metres from the famous St. Mark's Square and 500 metres from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of two double rooms with a bathroom on the first floor, a single room with a bathroom on the second floor, a living room with kitchen on the third floor and a magnificent terrace on the fourth floor. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

We had a lovely stay in Venice and this property was just perfect! It was very clean and full of amenities. The location is in walking distance of all the desirable site seeing sites and many restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias are very close by. We would definitely stay here again and are going to recommend to our friends and family.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well appointed and centrally located. Cute restaurants just around the corner on a quiet square. The third bedroom was small and the stairs were steep, but it’s worth noting if you’re traveling with young children or older adults.

This was a fantastic place. Highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs so if that is a concern, book else ware. The 3rd bedroom/twin room has no extra room for anything besides a person. Having a real washer and drier was amazing!! Beds were comfortable and there was space in bathrooms to move around. I loved not having to coordinate to meet someone to check in.

Great Apartment! Great Location!The apartment was large and spacious. Very clean and totally meet all our needs. Easy walk from the Watertaxi and the excellent directions, which included step by step instructions, provided by our host made it easy to find. Lots of good restaurants in the area and convenient to attractions. Definitely glad we stayed here!

We had a terrific time in Venice and it was largely because of our terrific apartment! The best part was Stefano, our host, who was super communicative and met us at our ferry to walk us back to the apartment. He even took our picture as we arrived. He took the time to give us a tour of the apartment and walk through everything, including many restaurant options. He was so lovely and welcoming. The apartment is exactly as pictured and it was very quiet at night even with the central location. The proximity was close to everything and easy to access with a door code and key if wanted. The beds were all very comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets as well. We had a part of 3 adults and everyone was comfortable. The terrace is a lovely addition and we used it at night when we came back to relax. There are lots of stairs but as long as you are prepared for that, it is a terrific stay. They also booked our private water taxi to and from the airport for us. That was a tremendous help! I would definitely return if I am ever in Venice again!

Its tall, but has a lot of space including the rooftop! The location is fantastic. Has a washer & dryer. We would definitely stay here again and already referred others to it.

Stayed 2 nights with 5 people, everyone had a bed and there were 2 bathrooms. Huge bonus with the washer and dryer. Cons: no hair dryers, no dish soup, etc. Great directions by the host from airport with lots of options.

Lovely apartment, had a nice stay

Our family had a nice stay and I'd would echo many of the comments from other reviews: apartment was clean, warm and well located. Communication with hosts was prompt and easy, though rarely needed. Lots of steps, not an issue for us, but worth noting. There is a well stocked supermarket (Despar) about 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice house in quite area

Good location to the waterbusses and sightseeing points. Not too touristy area. Coffee machine (Nespresso) was available. Steep stairs, for the old people it was a little bit difficult to get to the kitchen and terrace.

Quaint, lovely, perfect location

This beautiful apartment Linda itself to perfect family time. The location to everything we needed and every pathway we desired was perfect. The host was quick to respond and very efficient and accommodating our transportation request. The setting provided exactly what we need to escape from our everyday world and to commence our vacation. I will be back.

Great location

The apartment was in a great location and also quiet enough to sleep at night. The stairs for the multiple floors could be a challenge for some. Also, the single bedroom on the second floor is more like a closet so not great for claustrophobic people. Otherwise, the place was very clean and the property management was excellent and very responsive.

Fantastic Venice

We love Venice and this location was good. Close to Saint Angelos vaporetto stop and a lovely terrace. Lots and lots of steps so be prepared. Great air conditioning. Door was very hard to open. Comfortable beds and everything you need. Hard to find. Great communication.

Venice rooftops

Very clean, accurate description, great location, restaurants and sites nearby. Short walk from water taxi station S. Angelo. Really gave us the opportunity to enjoy the romance of Venice. Our only recommendation would be to provide coffee pods for Nespresso, paper towels and tissues but other than was perfect for our adult family of 6. Didn’t understand heating/air system. Providing instructions in booklet plus backup batteries would have been helpful.

This spot is perfect! So take that as the reason why you are booking it. Check in was delayed by 3 hours- no cleaners. Along with a neighbor who told us while waiting to check in that this apartment was notorious for delayed prep for the next guest. There is literally nothing but toilet paper- so hit the super market for basics like coffee, paper towels, laundry detergent! Fuses blow easily (washer on) and it is not a quick fix to reset the fuse box- our check in associate Lucca was MIA after our first disgruntled phone call due to not being able to check in 2 hours after proposed check in time. Although area is truly amazing- the apartment management team is very lax regarding service/being accommodated- so know this ahead of time! All you are paying for is the location- and it’s not necessarily worth it when you only have a few days in Venice and want to enjoy and not have to worry about things like toilet paper, clean beds and blown fuses

Loved this place. Great location in Venice. Check in process was great. Huge master bathroom with a regular size shower & bathtub. Has a washer & dryer which was great! Power did go out, but was able to reach the property manager right away & she told us how to get in back on. Loved the rooftop! We sat out there & drank wine! Would definitely stay here again!
