Our Ariento apartments are located in a single elegant building in Piazza San Lorenzo, a stone's throw from the central market and all the major attractions of Florence.

Recently renovated, the Ariento David apartment is located on the third floor, and is a nice studio apartment, great for those who want to spend a peaceful stay, or for students, for long or short stays.

The apartment has WiFi Internet and a brand new heating system with cooling system.

Please note that the air conditioning operates on set, non-changeable schedules.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 15:00

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO | 21:00-23:00 40 EURO| 23:00 - 01:59 (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00 on request

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property
