The apartment is located on piazza della Signoria, one of the main squares of the city, which forms part of the Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the city’s main cultural attractions, notably Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello Palace and Casa Buonarroti, the former home of Michelangelo, not to mention the Uffizi Gallery and the museum dedicated to the city’s cathedral “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo”.
The area also has much to offer in terms of fine dining and exclusive boutique shopping. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Zafferano is located on the fourth floor (with elevator, 2 steps to climb) of a building right on Piazza Della Signora, one of the main squares in Florence. As soon as the guest leaves the apartment they will find yourself right in the heart of Florescence's main cultural center with all the major attractions, restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate area. Internal Description: The apartment Rivoire (60 m² / 645 ft²) has 1 bedroom and 2 complete bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people . This centrally located apartment is furnished with lovely antiques that make Rivoire a typical Florentine apartment. The first thing the guest notices upon entering the apartment is its brightness. The guest is greeted by a small, but functional hallway which leads into the spacious master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, to the right , or to the left towards the living room complete with dining area. This room is very bright and allows guests to relax in front of the television, or in front of a good book after a day of sightseeing in magical Florence. Near the living room the guest will find the second bathroom complete with shower and the fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a lovely terrace for a romantic dinner or for afternoon tea.
