Salobre La Isla 7 is designed for families or adult groups who want space, comfort and plenty of time outdoors. The garden, the private pool and the terrace areas make the house easy to enjoy from the first day: breakfasts outside, sunny pool moments, shared meals and afternoons shaped by the landscape of Salobre.



The house is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 241 metres above sea level. Its setting opens towards the resort landscape, with views of the surrounding area, the sea and the mountains. The layout and equipment make it a good choice for families with older children, adult groups or guests looking for a well-kept, functional house with local assistance during the stay.



The property offers 120 m² of living space on a 245 m² plot and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot.



On the ground floor, there is a living area with kitchen, direct access to the terrace, a utility room and 1 bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 200 x 200 cm double beds, both with air conditioning with cooling and heating, plus 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace.



The outdoor space is designed for days under the Gran Canaria sun: terrace, covered terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, parking and a 7 x 3.4 metre private pool. The pool is 1.4 metres deep and uses a saltwater electrolysis system for natural water chlorination.



Inside, the house includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, Spanish TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning, pool cleaning twice a week and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 10 nights.



Security deposit: €300.00.

Pets are not allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
