The villa has a fantastic private outdoor space with plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds. The interior is small but very well equipped and spotless — we didn’t mind the size as we spent nearly all our time enjoying the outdoor area. There’s air conditioning in the living room, but not in the main bedroom. A fan would be a welcome addition to help circulate air at night. The location is excellent, with lots of great dining options in both Playa del Inglés and around Plaza de Maspalomas. We were aware of the late check-in charge for arrivals after 8 pm, but it feels like this could be avoided if a key collection option was offered. Also, there was no option for late checkout, even though there was no incoming booking.Overall, we were very happy with the facilities and location — a great place to stay.
