Two comfortable and cosy holiday apartments sleeping up to 10 guests between them at Le Mas de Roussa with a swimming pool, a private riverfront and 10 hectars of private woodlands and meadows with table tennis and petangue court. The woodlands and river are full of wildlife for nature lovers.

The apartments share a beautiful courtyard with a large dining table and bbq area and provide a perfect accommodation for a large family or group of friends looking to relax together.

The 3 bedroom Gîte Le Noyer sleeps up to 6 guests. Converted from a former farm store barn, it maintains much of original charm and character, whilst giving you all the modern day comforts.

Downstairs in this split level apartment, you will find an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with two large sofas to relax on, a flat screen SmartTV, a cast iron wood burner and a guest toilet.

The upstairs contains two double bedrooms (one with a superking size bed and one with a double bed), one twin bedroom, a second toilet and a modern shower rooms.

The 2 bedroom Gîte Le Figuier sleeping up to 4 guests is full of character and charm, with beautiful views of the woodlands sloping down to the riever.

The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, a private bathroom with a walk in shower and a freestanding bath, a comfortable living room with a SmartTv and a kitchen area. The master bedroom can be set up with a superking bed or twin single beds, whilst the second bedroom features a superking bed and beautiful views down to the river. There is also potential of space for 2 additional guest on the sofabed in the lounge.

Whilst peaceful and tranquil, Le Mas de Roussa is only a couple of kilometers away from the medieval market town of Saint Ambroix, with its bustling food market, cafes and boulongeries.

It's the perfect base to explore the region, close to the rugged wilderness of Cevennes valleys, breath-taking gorges and rivers of Ardeche and traditional, picturesque towns and villages like Luzanne, Uzes and Le Vanes.

Guests arriving at Le Mas de Roussa will be able to lose themselves in the serenity of the surrounding nature, walking the meandering paths through the meadows, swimming in the calm waters of the river Ceze and exploring the woodlands. It is a place to find peace, gather thoughts and recharge batteries.
