Villa l'Océane is a contemporary house that has been designed in wood with good volumes and with beautiful benefits to comfortably accommodate 9 to 11 people.
It consists of:
- A beautiful living room of 60 m² composed of a fully equipped kitchen area (oven/ microwave/ dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, washing machine...),
- A dining room and living room with sofa, armchairs and large screen TV. This room opens onto a large covered terrace with a large dining table, a plancha, and a garden furniture,
- Bedroom 1 with bed 160,
- Bedroom 2 (dormitory with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed),
- Bedroom 3 with bed 140 and private bathroom adjoining bedroom 4
- Bedroom 4 (room adjoining bedroom 3) with sofa bed
A large independent bathroom and a separate toilet.
An outbuilding with a bed 140 but without sanitary,
The whole is surrounded by a garden not overlooked 800 m² with a container pool of 10 m².

We offer optional: cleaning and linen (on request at reservation)
For stays of 7 nights and more, the cleaning service is mandatory (150 € payment on arrival in cash)

Between sea and forest, the Villa is ideally placed to enjoy nature, ocean beaches, and the Bay of Arcachon. The village of Porge is a few minutes drive from the villa, you will find all the amenities (bar, restaurants, supermarket, bakery....) The Porge is, also, at the gates of the Médoc, by taking the Lakes road you can discover our wine heritage to the estuary of the Gironde.
