Castilla II apartment in Madrid
Located in the north of the city, Valdeacederas is currently one of the most developed sectors in Madrid, thanks to its strategic proximity to the metro and bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, the tranquillity it offers its residents and its interesting real estate and commercial offering.
This area of the city is also located very close to important sectors such as Chamartín and Tetuán, has good communication with the M-30 motorway and the city centre by public transport (with various buses and the Ventilla and Valdeacederas metro stations just minutes away) and is located very close to La Vaguada, one of the most important shopping centres in Madrid.
The apartment:
This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to four guests.
Its avant-garde character combines modern decor with a loft-style design, providing a pleasant personality to the entire accommodation. The lower floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room features a Smart TV, an elegant dining table for four diners, and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people.
On the upper floor is the spacious bathroom with shower and the bright bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying at any time of the day.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
