Apartment with 3 bedrooms, located in São Pedro do Estoril. 5 min from the beaches and the Cascais/Lisbon train station. Private parking. WI-FI and satellite TV.

The apartment is located in a building in a family neighborhood, in a pleasant and quiet location, 100 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the train station of S. Pedro do Estoril.

The apartment has been completely refurbished and is located on a 1st floor in a building without elevator with easy access by wide stairs.

When you enter, an entrance hall gives access to the large, bright living room with a seating area and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a meal at home. It has hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.

A hall separates the social area from the private area of the three bedrooms.

The elegantly decorated suite features a double bed, has a private bathroom with shower cabin. Down the hall are the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The double rooms each have two single beds. One of the rooms has a small balcony.

Towels, toilet paper, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are available.

The apartment has AC for your comfort all year round.

If you are looking for a very well located apartment, with all the facilities and comfort you can get, this is the ideal location.

Access to the beach is easy. It has a large car park for those arriving by car by marginal and an underground tunnel for those arriving by train or on foot.

São Pedro do Estoril is very well served by commerce, services and restaurants.

Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels.

All our accommodations are certified by the General Directorate of Health with the Clean & Safe seal

Cascais Municipal Tax:



Cascais City Council charges a fee of €2 per night of stay per person over 13 years of age with a maximum of €14 per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.



Minimum stays: 4 nights.



Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.



Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;



Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.

Bright, clean, ample apartment

This apt was lovely and I really appreciated the off-the-street parking. It was bright, clean and particularly well-equipped. We appreciated the welcome gesture of wine, cheese and meats. Also appreciated that coffee, filters, sugar and a small container of milk was provided! That was a bonus on our first morning. We even used the heaters that were situated in every room when there were cool days with rain. One can hear the train going by but I didn't mind that, even found it soothing. I would definitely recommend this space.

Wonderful stay! Comfortable and Clean!

We stayed in this apartment while in Portugal for a family wedding. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With 5 beds and a couch, it provided us more than enough sleeping spaces for our group. The apartment is within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. The residents of the building are very friendly as well. I lost my keys at one point, which would’ve been disastrous, because they were my car keys. As I was retracing my steps from the previous day in a desperate attempt to find them, we received a call from the property manager saying that someone in the building had found them. I was so grateful for their honesty and kindness. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your trip to Portugal.
