Sharon: Semi-detached house with sea views and private pool

This semi-detached house is rented in L'Escala in Montgó area with sea views, it is two minutes walk from Cala Illa Mateua and five minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park. The house has capacity for six people and is distributed over one floor.

There is a living room with sofas and a dining table along with the fully equipped kitchen.

There are three rooms, one room has a double bed and two of them are rooms with two single beds each, in the same hallway there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The exterior of the house invites you to spend a very quiet family holiday, the private pool with sea views and equipped with sun loungers and parasol, a large covered terrace with a table and a built-in barbecue. There is private outdoor parking for 1 car.

It only has air conditioning in the dining room.

In total the house can sleep 6 people.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
