We provide 1 hand towel and 1 hand towel for each person.

Very nice villa for 8 people with a beautiful private swimming pool well oriented.
This villa on two levels, is composed of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, 2 fitted kitchens, one upstairs and the other downstairs overlooking the terrace with the swimming pool.
The house is located in the district of Riells among the pine trees, 8 minutes from the magnificent beach of Montgo and 3 minutes from the protected natural area of ​​Torroella de Montgri. It is ideal for family vacations. The Torroella Forest Park will allow you to discover natural areas of protected forests with sea views. If you fancy swimming, Cala Montgo beach will offer you a dazzling space where you can indulge in various activities such as swimming. , diving etc ... These sites are within walking distance. Tapas bars and restaurants are open every day for you to have a pleasant and friendly time with friends. For the more athletic, L'Escala is full of many activities, mountain biking, sailing, diving, hiking.

All was 100% ok like the first time when we went William is one of 1000 for a landlord and for help he is the men for this for sure here it was the 2nd time we went to this place it was a walk in the park for us in short 100% for the place ,100% for welcom and help, all was top cleaned and top ok see you next year William and thanks for the first day ;)

Nice Pool but building works next door

Stayed at this property recently. A bit disappointing overall. Given small paper bag of items as a 'welcome' such as 2 tiny toilet tolls, finger sized washing up liquid, and 1 small dish towel for 2 kitchens. Clearly, you're supposed to bring these things with you. Never found this in any other property and not a good start. On arrival, several locks didn't work and the shower was blocked. Manager was attentive at fixing locks, but really should have sorted out long before. Unfortunately, once the shower was unblocked, it stank of rotten drains and the downstairs shower room was unusable. There was building works being done in the house next door, also owned by the owner of the property. They said they were not aware if ongoing building works when we'd booked (2 months before). We negotiated a small refund as compensation for the noise and disruption, and they put up a screen between the property and next door just at the end of our stay. We were not told about the building works and would not have booked it if we'd known. The house is generally ok - the downstairs kitchen is much better equipped and was ok to cook at, and we ate outside. The upstairs lounge only seats 4, which is a bit weird considering the number of beds. The pool isn't huge but it was big enough and nice to cool off in. The area is nice and near to beaches and town, with good walking and cycling nearby.

Thank you for your comment. Regarding the starter kit, we provide the minimum to start the stay, but we cannot offer everything for a 14-day stay. Concerning the locks there was only the hinge of the gate while the door worked very well, moreover, I intervened within the hour which followed. For work, on the day of your reservation we do not know that there would be any. We made a refund for this of over 30% on the rental to compensate. I kind of understand the feeling but when we read all the reviews and ratings that the villa has I think it's exaggerated.

La localización es muy buena. La distribución de la casa es un poco extraña. Hay dos cocinas, una en la planta superior, que no usamos, y otra en la inferior, donde hay una ducha pero sin inodoro. La iluminación de la cocina/salón no es acogedora pero dispone de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Pasamos unos días buenos y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la zona de fuera. El punto màs negativo fue el olor a tubería en la planta inferior los dos primeros dias.

Gracias por su visita. Hay dos cocinas porque originalmente habia solo la de arriba y la gente pasa todo el tiempo a bajo, entonces el propietario ha decidido de hacer una a bajo. La luz se puede mejorar sin problema. para el olor, es un problema que puedes encontrar en L'escala, depende de las lluvias, el viento etc... se pasa en todas casas. Suerte ha desaparecido.

Fijn verblijf, in het huis is alles ruimschoots aanwezig. Alleen tuinmeubelen zijn aan vervanging toe met iets meer comfort.

Maison agréable dans quartier calme

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison bien située dans un quartier calme. La piscine très propre et agréable. Equipement de la maison très bien il manque juste un sèche cheveux et un mixeur. Literie de bonne qualité. Contact avec le gérant au top, professionnel et disponible.

Toller Familienurlaub!

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce logement réservé sur Abritel, et je ne peux que témoigner de l'excellence de cette expérience. Tout d'abord, permettez-moi de souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service offert par le gérant immobilier qui s'est occupé de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le gérant, qui nous a fait sentir immédiatement chez nous. Sa courtoisie, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme étaient exemplaires. Il s'est assuré que nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires sur le logement, les environs et les attractions locales, ce qui nous a permis de planifier nos journées de manière optimale. Parlons maintenant du logement en lui-même. Les espaces étaient harmonieusement aménagés, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. En conclusion, je recommande vivement ce logement sur Abritel et son gérant immobilier exceptionnel. Si vous recherchez un endroit où séjourner avec un service de haute qualité, un logement impeccablement entretenu et un gérant attentif, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Urlaub vom 28.08.bis 11.09.22

Die Zimmer in der oberen Etage waren sauber und in Ordnung. In der unteren Etage müsste das Sofa erneuert werden. Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht sauber. In dem 3Bettzimmer waren viele Ameisen. Ebenso in der Küche,auch in den Schränken. In der ganzen unteren Etage war schlechter Geruch. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren superschön. Das Haus ist komplett mit Mauern umgeben, sodass wir unseren frei laufen lassen konnten. L'Escala hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Die Cala Montgo allerdings ist traumhaft schön, nur leider nicht für Hunde.

Danke für deinen Kommentar. Das Ameisenproblem ist in L'Escala allgemein und besonders dieses Jahr mit den hohen Temperaturen. Für den Geruch kann es manchmal passieren, aber es ist selten, es hängt vom Wind ab. Für l'Escala bedauere ich, dass es Ihnen nicht gefällt, weil es ein schönes und sehr geschätztes Dorf ist. Décevant. Maison trop chère pour la prestation

Maison calme et bien située. Bâche cassée, douche bouchée à notre arrivée (réparations faites ensuite). Éclairage piscine en panne. Les 2 toilettes sont à l’étage et le four est à l’étage alors que la cuisine principale est en bas. Éclairages au néon, pas de lampes de chevet. Équipement moyen (pas de bouilloire, vieille cafetière). Prix trop élevé pour la prestation.

Merci pour votre retour. Concernant la bache qui était cassée elle a été réparé dans les deux jours, malheureusement la pluie a descellé le poteau que j'ai du refixer. Comme indiqué sur l'annonce et les photos le four et les deux toilettes sont à l'étage. La cuisine principale est en haut et non en bas. La partie basse est une partie rajoutée, c'est pour cela qu'il n'y a pas de wc et le propriétaire a rajouté une cuisine en bas car en été les vacanciers passent tout leur temps en bas, du coup il a amménagé et mis à disposition une deuxième cuisine pour le confort des visiteurs. Eclairage au néon et pas de lampe de chevet, nous pouvons voir avec le propriétaire afin d'améliorer. Si vous m'aviez passé l'information pour la bouilloire j'en aurais amené une dans l'heure mais je ne l'ai pas eu. Prix trop élevé pour la prestation, je laisse le soins aux autres visiteurs de se faire leur propre opinion car sur les 41 appréciations nous avons quand même 33 fois 5 étoiles et 5 fois 4 étoiles. Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu cette impression sur la villa car j'aurais sincèrement voulu que vous appréciez votre séjour.
