Hapton Folly consists of a ground-floor kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a first-floor living/dining room with dining seating for two and a TV, a double bedroom and a rooftop terrace with ladder access from the bedroom, sorry no furniture allowed here. Outside there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Explore the wonders of Hampshire with a stay at the romantic Hapton Folly. Note: No children. Note: This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep stairs.
