The sandy duned beach of Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Natural Park is a WWF Oasis is in front of your door, always accessible for free via a private gate.

Parking inside the property for 1 car included, and a beautiful pool area accessible from June to mid-September (optional, extra fee).

Finely decorated in a typical Italian style, the place is spaciously set providing two reserved sleeping areas and the best comforts: Wi-fi, 43" SMART TV in living room and 24" TV in the master bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher and laptop sized safe.

Kitchen is super equipped with microwave, induction hob, oven, large fridge with freezer and modern appliances: dripping and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, squeezer, blender, egg cooker. Everything for the best versatility when vibing with the essence of Italian cuisine!

Beach season in Italy goes from May to late September, and the proximity to the sea is a strong point for Summer vacationers, but being in such a strategic area to explore the entire region represents an indisputable anytime of the year. Stay here to reach with short day trips the most suggestive villages that come alive with food and wine events famous throughout the world!

Summertime you can choose to access for free public beach, or serviced establishments renting sunbeds, with restaurants right by seaside. We do provide beach towels, umbrella, toys and inflatables!

June to mid-September you can also take advantage of the resort facility on the back of the building consisting of a pool area with bar and bistro (extra access fee, not included - 2024 price list: one umbrella with 2 sunbeds 25€/day with 20% off when pre-paying for more than 3 daily access). Nestled in a natural setting of pine forests and beach dunes, Calambrone is a charming seaside spot in the municipality of Pisa, the ideal choice for those seeking a quiet stay without sacrificing proximity to cultural and historical sites.

Steps from the main building you find Eliopoli Shop Center with a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, hairdresser and beauty salon. The area also includes pharmacy and a Catholic church.

The center of Pisa with the Leaning Tower is just a little drive away, as well as the center of Livorno with the Terrazza Mascagni, the Aquarium and the port to access engaging boat excursions.

The highway is easily accessible, allowing you to visit Versilia, Florence and the best points of interest throughout Tuscany or even Cinque Terre in Liguria with easy day trips.

Pisa's Galileo Galilei international airport is only 18 km away and Livorno train station 12 km (Pisa station is 18 km).

You'll be staying in a historic Italian place right by the sea! The main building, with the planimetric shape of an airplane facing the coast, is the former kids summer camp "Principi Umberto and Maria Josè of Piedmont", built around 1930 as summer accommodation for children of the Italian Military Air Force personnel of the time. At the beginning of 2000s it underwent major renovations which transformed it into an exclusive residential beach facility, without altering the original and peculiar design.

Are you a movie buff? You'll be happy to know that several scenes from the movie "The English Patient" were filmed right here in the 90s!

The WFF Calambrone and Tirrenia Dunes Natural Oasis in the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Regional Park extends for 24 hectares and includes the sandy dunes of the beach and the retro-dune woodland. This precious coastal area features a luxuriant development of Mediterranean scrub with dunes up to 12 meters high, which protect typical sand species such as the precious Goldenrod of the beaches, the Calcatreppola, the Ammophila, the Sea Carrot, the Helichrysum, the Euphorbia of the beaches and the splendid Sea Lily.

PLEASE NOTE: included in the price are air conditioning from June to mid-September, heating from November to mid-April (centralized system, activation periods are established by condominium regulations). Other than these periods, an electric heater is available on request (10€/day). Access summer pool is not included, extra fee to be paid locally to pool managers.
