Additionally, an independent home studio with a kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, two single beds (that can be converted into a double bed), and a bathroom with a shower is available on the property.



The ground floor of the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining room with a fireplace, and a suite with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A video projection system with CD and DVD players is also available for work presentations or movie nights.



The first floor features a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, two suites with double beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies, and two suites with single beds (that can be converted into double beds) and bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies.



The lower floor includes a bathroom with a double shower, a laundry room, and blinds and blackouts in every bedroom. Additionally, hair dryers are available in every bathroom.



Outside, the villa features a private heated swimming pool (4.5 m x 9 m), a non-heated Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a garden, sun beds, table tennis, and private parking.
