Villas Lefkothea with Large Pool, Playground Area & Magnificent Views!
Two separate holiday houses await you, which are ideal for a group of friends or for 2-3 families who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy.
The villas located in Rethymno, in a village named Adele just 1,5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are 2 independent villas built in 5 acres of private olive grove.The villas can accommodate up to 13 persons!
Two self-contained holiday houses, extensively renovated in 2018, for a total of 13 people (5 + 8), on an enclosed site with a private pool that can be illuminated at night, and a great view of the surroundings.
The two-hectare, enclosed site is outside of Adele, just eight kilometers from Rethymno. It is only about 1.5km to the sandy beach.
The first villa of 95m2 has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people. The rooms have quality furnishing and the first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), while the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. If there are five guests, then the extra person can sleep on the sofa. The centerpiece of the house is the open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a nespresso coffee machine. All guests can sit at the big dining table or on the comfortable sofa. A flat screen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. There is a big storage room for your luggage.
The second villa of 120m2 has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The two bedrooms have double beds and the other two have single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The dining room has an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen a dish washer and a nespresso coffee machine. All guests can sit at the big dining table for leisurely holiday meals. There is a wide flat screen TV with satellite channels. Of the two bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine, and the other has a shower cubicle.
The outdoor area of the villas has two gardens at front of the houses surrounded by olive trees. Also there is a private parking area for more than 3 cars.

The founder - Manousos, whose mother was one of the initiators of the Holiday Villas institution in Crete, is a Tourism Management graduate who has been involved in the vacation rental industry for 20 years.
Having worked in his family business, Villas Lefkothea, and at Pepi Boutique Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor for many years, he recently began adding more villas/apartments to his portfolio.
His main concern is to enable the owners make the most of their property and the clients have a well-rounded accommodation experience.
Rentado has the full management of all the rental accommodation it represents, knowing the area they are located very well so it can serve as your during your stay.
Rentado incorporates only selected accommodation on its platform which have previously been evaluated as to the high quality of accommodation and services they provide.
Whether it is a villa with a swimming pool or a city apartment, you are bound to find the accommodation that will meet your needs.

It’s built in the plain, between olive and other fruit trees. The village has approximately 430 local residents.
Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the village of Adele, providing butcher, baker, grocery shop, pharmacy, Manos mini market, hairdresser, taverns and internet cafe. A gas station can be found at about 600 meters just 1 minute away by car from the villa.
Additionally a long sandy beach can be found at a distance of 2 minutes with local bars & restaurants. Water sports are available in the summer months. However there are many beautiful beaches all over the island catering all needs - busy, secluded, whatever you are looking for, you won't have far to go.
