There is also a utility and a second sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire. Amenities include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are four bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms and two twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.1 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.5, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome; however, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 12 Hillview is a great base for families and friends looking to explore County Donegal and Northern Ireland. Note: This property has 3 external CCTV cameras for security and insurance purposes, one at the front, one at the side and one at the rear. Please note: This property will only accept bookings with a minimum of 7 nights during July.Note: no charging of EV vehicles at the property.
