Villa Nicola is a vacation villa rental just kilometers from Vinci, Tuscany, the birthplace of genius Leonardo da Vinci.
The property has recently been renovated and divided into two units, one of which is lived in by the property owners (who do not have access to the rental unit or the garden while guests are renting).
With 6 bedrooms and large common areas, Villa Nicola can accommodate up to 12-13 people. The house is equipped with all modern amenities for a relaxing stay, like WiFi and air conditioning.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private pool and spacious garden. Villa Nicola is nestled among the vineyards and nature of the owners’ farm. During your stay, you can taste their white wine, red wine, rosé and olive oil.
Villa Nicola’s strategic location is within easy reach of Tuscany’s main art cities like Florence, Pisa, and Lucca; as well as the charming towns of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi, and Montecatini Terme.

For golf lovers, we recommend the Bellosguardo Golf Club, just 8 km from the house. The beautiful 9-hole course is one of Italy’s longest and most difficult. It is about 5,800 meters, 70 par with double tees, and also offers a large driving range, two putting greens and a pitching green.

The following can be organized next to the farm’s winery, about 350 meters from the house:
- tastings of the farm’s products
- lunch and dinner with a local cook
Access to the property is via 400 meters of unpaved road.

Distances: Cerreto Guidi with shops of all kinds 2 km away, the charming medieval town of Vinci with the Leonardo da Vinci museum just 7 km, Montecatini with thermal baths about 20 km, Florence about 40 km, Pisa about 60 km away.
