Cozy detached holiday home with large enclosed garden

If you are ready for a holiday or a nice weekend away, then our holiday home is the place where you want to be. The house is cozy and fully equipped, everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house is located on the edge of the Grevelingenmeer and offers many water sports options. Within walking distance is a sandy beach with a sunbathing lawn on the Grevelingenmeer, dogs are welcome on the rear part. There are also beautiful cycling routes on the island that take you to the most beautiful places. There is plenty to do in the area to have an unforgettable stay.

The adjacent holiday park "Aquadelta" has an indoor swimming pool, jeu de boules court, children's playgrounds, restaurant and you can rent bicycles. Everything can be used for a fee. Grevelingenhout Golf Club is 1 km away, where you can enjoy golfing on the beautifully landscaped 18-hole course.

Our house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden that blooms profusely in spring and summer. Dogs are welcome and because the garden is fully fenced, your dog can run free.
The house has recently been completely renovated. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, Senseo machine and refrigerator.
From the attractively furnished living and dining room you can enjoy the garden from all sides. Of course there is television and good WiFi. In the dark winter months you can use the fireplace.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 2 rooms have a double bed and 1 room has two single beds. All equipped with pillows, duvets and bedding. The towels are also ready for you in the bathroom.
There is a bed, high chair and stair gate for the little ones.
In the garden you can enjoy the sun all day long. If you prefer to sit in the shade, there is also a large parasol. On the terrace there is a large dining table with chairs where you can dine comfortably. Under the canopy there is a lounge set where you can sit outside even in bad weather. You are guaranteed to have a nice time here.
You can store your bicycles in the utility room and there is a washing machine that you can use.
