This cozy apartment, located on the second floor of a building near the heart of Umag, provides a warm atmosphere for your stay. This welcoming apartment greets you with a hallway at the entrance, equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and access to the rooms. The two bedrooms offer supreme comfort: one with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, with an exit to a balcony perfect for enjoying a coffee in the shade while admiring the view of the street and neighborhood. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. Linens are provided to ensure restful sleep.

The full bathroom, located at the end of the hallway, features a bathtub, sink with a mirror and cabinet, toilet, and washing machine. Two towels per person and a hairdryer are also provided for a worry-free experience.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals and includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils, pots, and dishes. From the kitchen, you can access a small balcony where smoking is allowed.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a convenient parking space, making it the ideal accommodation to fully enjoy your stay. Despite its proximity to the road, the neighborhood is quiet and offers a variety of services. Just 150 meters away, you'll find a shop and a bar, while the nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. The city center is reachable on foot in just 5 minutes from the apartment. To reach the beaches, which are 1900 meters away, we recommend using a car or a bicycle.

In downtown Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the downtown stores, or visiting the stalls and the playground by the sea for the joy of children.

For greater grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are numerous leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rentals, an adrenaline park for children, and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, nightclubs, casinos, various boat trips, or bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, simple eateries, pizzerias, fast food, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas. For days away from the beach or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artist village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna River valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town perched on a hill, known for the film festival held annually at the end of July. Livade, the town known for white truffles found in nearby woods.

For astronomy enthusiasts wishing to admire the sky and stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center by appointment, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 km from Umag. Coastal cities like Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park, are also interesting and can be visited with organized tours.

There are various organized boat trips, "Fish Picnic" tours with fish or meat picnics during which you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil.

For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park, 20 km from Umag, and the Funtana "Dino Park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and the hearts of both young and old beat fast. For gourmets, there are various options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outdoors, while smoking indoors is not permitted.

to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when not in the accommodation,
to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
to leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
to report any damages to the owner, who, after a careful assessment of the damage, will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
