Welcome to Casa Vacanze "patrizia" in Otranto, a refined residence close to the enchanting beaches. Situated in the Punta area, less than 100 metres from the sea and just a 5 minute walk from the promenade, the location allows for a comfortable holiday without the use of a car.

The apartment is on the first floor, where the bright living room with kitchen and dining area is a comfortable place to relax, there is also a sofa bed, TV and a small balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.

The sleeping area accommodates guests in two bedrooms, with a fifth person able to use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The sleeping area has additional air conditioning and another small balcony, creating a cool and pleasant environment.

The bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the interior spaces, while the reserved parking space within the condominium area adds another advantage to this holiday solution.
