'Honeymoon' Villa Sea Views and Secluded Infinity Pool, Heated Indoor Pool Sauna

This is an intimate ‘honeymoon’ villa with one bedroom, secluded infinity pool, heated indoor pool and sauna. Located on the hillside, in Kalkan’s Kordere district, it has uninterrupted panoramic sea views and is approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the centre. Whilst the use of a car would be an added advantage whilst staying in this villa it is only a 5 minutes’ walk to a couple of supermarkets.

It is an ideal choice for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons, and its heated indoor pool also makes it suitable for guests wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the cooler low season.
Ground Floor
The accommodation is all on the one level and is approached down a flight of external stairs which lead down from the villa’s private roadside parking area. Entry is directly into the open plan lounge / kitchen /dining space where one is immediately confronted by the stunning sea views afforded by the wall-to-wall full height glazing.

Furnished in a simple contemporary style, the lounge area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchair, Large Smart TV, and coffee table. Access to the pool terrace is through glazed sliding doors.

The kitchen units run the full length of one side of this space and all the necessary appliances are provided, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and washing machine. There is a dining table which seats 4 guests adjacent to the kitchen area from which the view can be enjoyed whilst partaking in one’s meals.

There is a sauna room also adjacent to the living & bedroom areas for guest use if required.

Bedroom
The villa has a spacious double bedroom which is directly adjacent to the lounge area and is furnished with a large double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. There is a large jacuzzi bath located to the rear of the bedroom next to the bathroom entrance. This en-suite bathroom has a Rain Forest shower with glass divide.

The indoor pool is alongside the bedroom and is accessed directly by full height sliding glass doors – a real luxury touch. This pool is some 3.5 x 3.5 metres in dimensions, has a depth of depth of 1.2 metres and has a built-in hydro-massage function. Guests visiting in the cooler months of the year may request that this pool be heated for an additional fee. Please ask for details if required

Outdoors
The villa has a totally private infinity pool some 6.5 x 3.5 metres in dimensions, a depth of 1.5 metres and accessed by means of integral steps. Fabulous sea views are afforded from the pool terrace, which is furnished with an al fresco dining table, brick-built BBQ, comfortable seating group, sun loungers, parasol and a romantic double swing. Table football is also available for guests’ entertainment.
Whilst the pool terrace is secluded from outside there is an optional curtain system which screens the pool from outside should guests desire it. Few villas offer couples such a well equipped hideaway with so many luxury touches.
