Imagine waking up in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter. Coffee on in the kitchen, the whole group around the dining table, nobody rushing to a hotel breakfast or squeezing into a lift with strangers.

That's what Lushpads feels like.

Housed in a stunning Victorian Gothic building on Church Street, LUSHPADS combines original period features - high ceilings, wooden beams, character you can't manufacture - with loft-style open-plan living that's relaxed, spacious and genuinely luxurious. It's a proper home from home. Just a much better looking one than most.

The 3-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, with a large open-plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, main bathroom and ensuite shower room. There's a private entrance, plenty of space to spread out, and a Far Infrared Sauna that guests never see coming and never want to leave.

For larger groups, our sister apartment Satori is right next door on the same floor - sleeping up to 5 more guests, connected by a short corridor. Up to 15 people. One building. Same Superhost. No splitting the group across the city.

Step outside and Manchester is on your doorstep. The best independent bars and restaurants in the city, Affleck's Palace, the Arndale, live music venues — all walkable. Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations are a 10-minute walk. Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is even closer. The airport is around 30 minutes by car, and the Co-op Arena and sporting stadiums are easily reached on foot or by tram.

We've been welcoming guests since 2008. Hen parties, birthday groups, families, corporate travellers, concert-goers, reunions - we've hosted them all and we genuinely love doing it. Every stay is personally managed by Jennie. If you need anything, you message a real person and get a real answer.
